Lenten Sermon Series
Beginning March 9, we will begin a six week series of sermons titled:
Promises for Today
How the promises of God empower us to live as His children in the midst of this broken world
Based upon the "I AM" sayings of Jesus in the gospel of John, we will consider how Christ's promises are all sufficient for the challenges and difficulties of life. In Him, we can find rest, peace and joy. With Him we can live victoriously as children of God.
For He IS:
March 9 - The God Who Makes Things Happen
March 16 - The One Who Knows and Cares
And He Gives:
March 23 - Freedom From Fear
March 30 - Food for the Hungry Heart
April 6 - Light and Direction for Life
April 13 - Freedom from Guilt
Lent is an opportunity to deepen our faith and strengthen our trust in Christ. Join me and invite others to come along as we walk the path of God's promises. It is the path of life.
